Our hope is that our athletes grow not only in physical strength but also mentally as they challenge themselves through every workout. Physical strength gains are only a guarantee if you’re mentally strong enough to push through the challenge placed before you.

We want those that enter to be part of an uplifting community of people aspiring to better themselves and the physical vessel God has given them. A place where you will try your hardest, sometimes fail, be encouraged to get back up and try again until you succeed.
