Community is crucial for success. Not just in the gym but in life. We offer group classes to give people the opportunity to build a community that supports them in their health endeavors. These classes use a generalized program for beginner and intermediate Weightlifters. Classes are formatted so those that do not wish to learn Olympic Weightlifting can focus on resistance training during class time.
Class times are Mon, Wed, Fri 9:00-10:15 at Harney Sport Complex, Fort Leavenworth. Military Base Access is required.
