Group Training

Community is crucial for success. Not just in the gym but in life. We offer group classes to give people the opportunity to build a community that supports them in their health endeavors. These classes use a customized program for beginner and intermediate Weightlifters. Classes are formatted to build strength and power.

Class times are Mon, Wed, Fri 9:00-10:15 at Harney Sport Complex, Fort Leavenworth. Military Base Access is required.

First class is Free!
