Customized Programming

At 913 Weightlifting we use a periodized approach when programming. We start with a needs analysis for each individual athlete and begin composing an individualized program determined by their needs and goals. Programming can be Olympic Lifting based or Resistance Training Based


Pulling random workouts off the web will get your somewhere…..just not to your end goal.
